Refund policy

We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund on return.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 255 Great Arrow Ave, Unit #225, Buffalo, NY, 14207.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We can provide discounted USPS shipping rate to you of $13USD, which you will download, print and tape to the box before shipping. Once the item has been verified it has been received then a full refund will be given. It is recommended you ship your item back using a trackable service so it doesn't get lost. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Picture proof of damage is required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If an out of the ordinary breakage or defect has happened with any product, please document with pictures and video, as well as submitting them to our team. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. For Damaged goods, If approved, you’ll be shipped a new replacement product at no cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
